About

We are the Frosts…Carl, Carolyn and little Lincoln. Carl is in full time ministry at a church called the Revolution on Ball State University’s campus in Muncie, Indiana. Carolyn is a freelance graphic designer and at home with our son, Lincoln. We met through the church and have been married since November 2006. Lincoln was born in March 2009 and has so far been a pretty laid back fun baby.

We enjoy playing ultimate frisbee, going on bike rides, occasionally training for marathons/triathlons (mostly Carl), hanging out with friends, traveling, and eating out. Hope you like reading more about us in the blog!
